Smart Campaign is a draft-first workflow. Copilot writes; you approve before anything goes live.
- In Portal or the App, open Smart Campaign.
- Describe the offer in plain language (festival hours, a coupon code, a neighborhood).
- Generate the draft and read the copy, audience, and suggested channels.
- Edit anything that is not true for your store — especially prices and dates.
- Save or launch the pieces you want. The coupon itself is still created under Coupons if the campaign mentions a code.
