How do I add items and variants to my catalog?

Variants are choices on the item (size, color). Add-ons are extras that stack (toppings, warranty).

1. Open Catalog and choose the category the item belongs to.
2. Add the item with name, base price, and photo. Keep it inactive until the options are right.
3. Add variants when the price or SKU changes with the choice.
4. Add add-ons when the extra is optional and priced on top.
5. Activate the item and confirm it on the storefront and in Cloud POS.
