How do I print receipts from a Cloud POS terminal?

Receipts are 80mm thermal, ESC/POS. Pair the printer with Windows first, then pick it in Cloud POS.

1. Connect the 80mm printer by USB or the vendor LAN tool so Windows sees it.
2. In Cloud POS, open printer settings and select that terminal printer.
3. Print a test slip. You should see store name, items, coupon or loyalty lines, and totals.
4. Complete a real sale and confirm the receipt cuts and includes the order number.
5. If nothing prints, reprint from the order — Cloud POS keeps the last ticket for the shift.
