Freemium includes Smart Catalog, ordering, Cloud POS, coupons, loyalty, expenses, P&L, and marketing except campaigns. Premium is $9 per month or $99 per year and adds Smart Campaigns, Smart Chat, Smart Review, and AI Copilot.
- Create the account. The business starts on Freemium. No card is charged.
- In the Outqr App, open Campaigns, or open Me and read the plan name.
- Choose Email billing@outqr.com. The message names the business and asks for Premium at $9/month or $99/year.
- Staff set the business to the Premium plan in Behind and turn on the modules you asked for.
- Sign in again. Campaigns, chat, reviews, and Copilot follow the flags on that Premium subscription.
