How do I open Portal on the web and in the App?

portal.outqr.com is the full merchant desk. The Outqr App is the same workspace on a phone.

There is no separate “mobile merchant site.” Use Portal in a browser or the App from Play.

  1. On a computer, go to portal.outqr.com and sign in.
  2. On Android, install Outqr (com.outqr.app) and sign in with the same account.
  3. Pick the store if you operate more than one business.
  4. Catalog, orders, coupons, and loyalty are the same lists in both places.
  5. Use Cloud POS (Windows or Android POS) for the till — Portal is for back-office and the App is for the floor when you are not at a register.
