How do I create a new coupon?

Coupons are store-scoped. A code is either percent or flat — not both — and cannot stack with a manual POS discount. Loyalty can still apply after the coupon.

1. In Portal or the App, open Commerce, then Coupons.
2. Choose percent or flat, enter the value, and set an optional minimum order and maximum discount (for percent codes).
3. Set usage limit and per-customer limit. Use 0 when you do not want a cap.
4. Add valid-from and valid-to dates if the offer is timed, then save and keep the coupon active.
5. Share the code. On the storefront it is entered at checkout. On Cloud POS the cashier applies the same code to the ticket.
