How do I set loyalty earn and redeem rates?

Points belong to one store. Earn posts when an order is paid or delivered. Redeem happens at checkout after any coupon.

1. Open Commerce, then Loyalty, in Portal or the App.
2. Set how many points a customer earns per currency unit spent, and the redeem rate (what one point is worth).
3. Optionally set a minimum order, a max redeem points, and a max redeem value. Leave those at 0 for no cap.
4. Save. New paid or delivered orders start earning automatically.
5. At storefront checkout or Cloud POS, the signed-in customer can redeem available points. The storefront only loads an existing loyalty account — it does not silently create one.
