How do I place an order on a storefront?

Browse the catalog, add items, apply a coupon or points, and pay on the merchant checkout.

Each storefront is one merchant. Shipping, pickup, and payment methods are whatever that shop enabled.

Open the store URL and browse categories.
Add items, choose variants or add-ons, and open the cart.
Sign in, pick delivery or pickup, and apply a coupon or loyalty if you have them.
Choose the payment method the shop offers and place the order.
Save the order number. Use it if you contact the shop on WhatsApp or at the counter.

Shoppers create an account on the storefront they are buying from — not on outqr.com.

Enter the merchant code on the storefront checkout. One coupon per order; it does not stack with a manual till discount.

Signed-in shoppers redeem points at checkout after any coupon. The store must already have a loyalty account for you.

Open your storefront account to see the current balance and recent earn or redeem lines.
