How do I track my loyalty points?

Open your storefront account to see the current balance and recent earn or redeem lines.

The ledger is store-scoped. A balance at one shop does not move to another Outqr store.

Sign in on that store's website.
Open account or loyalty. You should see points available and recent movements.
Earn appears after an order is paid or marked delivered — not while it is still a draft cart.
Redeem lines appear when you used points at checkout or at the till.
If a sale is missing, wait for the shop to mark it paid or delivered, then refresh.

Shoppers create an account on the storefront they are buying from — not on outqr.com.

Enter the merchant code on the storefront checkout. One coupon per order; it does not stack with a manual till discount.

Signed-in shoppers redeem points at checkout after any coupon. The store must already have a loyalty account for you.

Browse the catalog, add items, apply a coupon or points, and pay on the merchant checkout.
