How do I redeem loyalty points?

Signed-in shoppers redeem points at checkout after any coupon. The store must already have a loyalty account for you.

Points are per store. The storefront will not invent a loyalty account — you earn first on a paid or delivered order.

Sign in on the storefront and open checkout.
If you have a balance, choose how many points to redeem. Caps the merchant set may limit the amount.
Confirm the money discount after the coupon line, then place the order.
On a till, ask the cashier to look up your store account and redeem the same way on Cloud POS.
If you see no balance, finish a paid order first or ask the shop to check that loyalty is enabled.

Shoppers create an account on the storefront they are buying from — not on outqr.com.

Enter the merchant code on the storefront checkout. One coupon per order; it does not stack with a manual till discount.

Open your storefront account to see the current balance and recent earn or redeem lines.

Browse the catalog, add items, apply a coupon or points, and pay on the merchant checkout.
